Unlock your potential with DISC Advanced® coaching with Lyndsay!
- The DISC Advanced® profile system uncovers individual and team behavioural styles.
- The framework is designed to provide users with practical and, most importantly, useable, information (like areas for development, strengths, and how to manage your team more effectively). Recognising and understanding personality styles can improve personal and professional relationships.
- Unlike other assessments, it measures both the subconscious or ‘natural style’ and the conscious or ‘adjusted style’. This tells us both the preferred and therefore normal behaviour plus the adjusted behaviour brought about by reaction to the current environment.
- The DISC Advanced® profile system can indicate your leadership style, refine communication, and mediate conflict.
- DISC Advanced® profiles provide Action Plans relating specifically to the person’s behavioural style. No other tool can identify strengths, gaps and motivators.
- Can improve recruitment by employing people with the best natural characteristics for each role.

Lyndsay Free is a pragmatic thought-leader, gender equality advocate, and proud mother of two. With a 20-year distinguished career in the Australian Army, she has made significant contributions to international engagement, peacekeeping, and gender-focused policy development.
Lyndsay has previously held key instructional and leadership roles, including Senior Instructor for the Australian Defence Force’s Gender, Peace, and Security (GPS) capability. In 2021, she deployed as a United Nations Military Observer to the Middle East, then shaped and trained on-coming UN peacekeepers by instructing on United Nations courses both in Australia and internationally.
Lyndsay’s passion in gender and conflict was formally recognised when she was awarded the Chief of Army Scholarship in 2020. She has since contributed to global discussions on Women, Peace, and Security (WPS), ensuring that gender perspectives, women’s participation, and protection are embedded in policy and peace processes.

Her commitment to gender equality extends into the not-for-profit space; she is a Board Director for Women Veterans Australia, a charity dedicated to supporting women veterans. She also co-founded Proper Her, a globally acclaimed publishing platform amplifying the voices of women in defence, in which she was formally recognised with an ADM Women in Defence award.
A seasoned trainer and educator, Lyndsay has a strong academic foundation. She is a graduate of the Australian Defence Force Academy, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Indonesian Language from the University of New South Wales. She later completed a Master of International Development Practice (focusing on Gender, Peace and Security) at Monash University. In recognition of her expertise in national security, she was appointed a Senior Visiting Fellow at the University of New South Wales – Canberra (2020-22), and was also selected to join the prestigious Australian American Leadership Dialogue for emerging leaders.
With a people-oriented and perceptive approach to leadership, Lyndsay offers keynotes and consulting services tailored to those seeking to foster better leadership, strengthen gender diversity, and drive meaningful change.
